What is your Turn Around Time (TAT)?

Current TAT is listed in the banner at the top of the page.  Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We almost always beat TAT, but the expectation is still there. Unless otherwise stated, TAT begins after payment is submitted.

Are returns/exchanges allowed?

All sales are FINAL. Due to the custom nature of my products, returns and exchanges are not allowed. Please pay attention to size charts and styles as you order - and feel free to ask me or the group for help or advice before ordering!

What if my package gets lost or stolen?

Unfortunately, once items leave my hands, they are at the fate of USPS. All packages have tracking, but if you would like your package insured, please let me know BEFORE you order. I am not responsible for packages lost or stolen in the mail.

How long do I have to pay an invoice?

Invoices must be paid within 24 hours or it will be cancelled. It takes a lot of time to send invoices, and I can't let them sit unpaid for forever. If your order is cancelled, you will have to reach out for a new invoice.
